Graduate Architect

RAW-NYC has new opportunities for Graduate Architects. The shortlisted candidates will go through several Architectural tests to evaluate their skill set and performance. The opportunity is open to applicants from around the world and the successful candidate should be able to relocate to Dubai if accepted.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

⁃ Proficient in Rhino and Grasshopper. Sketch up is a plus.

⁃ Proficient in CAD. Revit is a plus.

⁃ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma

- Proficient in Lumion.

SKILLS AND CHARACTER:

⁃ Highly creative and skilled at working within the design direction given.

⁃ The ability to produce high-quality conceptual and schematic design drawings using the required software.

⁃ The ability to work within a tight time schedule and perform well under pressure.

⁃ The role requires a pleasant and positive personality and character.

⁃ Excellent in communication, respectful, reliable, loyal and down to earth personality.

⁃ Excellent communication skills

⁃ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
