Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Excellence:
- Oversee the end-to-end project management life cycle, from initiation to execution and control, ensuring project success.
- Manage project integration, scope, duration, cost, quality, human resources, communication, and procurement processes.

2. Resource Planning and Estimation:
- Estimate and plan manpower and materials for the entire project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, providing progress reports and billing updates.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with the Department Manager, Project Director, and Customer Project Manager/Engineers.

4. Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on project progress, costing, and coordination.
- Prepare and review project monthly progress reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.

5. Change Management and Risk Mitigation:
- Review and approve Scope of Work deviations.
- Manage change orders, waivers, concessions, and maintain a risk register.

6. Leadership and Guidance:
- Guide the Lead Project Engineer-PCI on technical and project-related matters.
- Prioritize project team activities based on customer and management requirements.
