Job Description
Position Title: Legal Consultant
The Legal Consultant's role is to assist the organization in understanding and complying with various federal, state, and local regulations. They will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting various contracts, including exploration and production agreements, drilling contracts, joint operating agreements, and lease agreements. Additionally, they will support clients in complying with environmental regulations, including permits, waste disposal, safety standards, and work on international legal requests. Handling legal disputes, including those related to property rights, contract breaches, environmental issues, and other conflicts, is a crucial aspect of the role. Furthermore, the Legal Consultant will provide advice on intellectual property matters concerning innovations, patents, and trade secrets within the industry.
Skills
Qualifications:
Age: 25 to 35 years old.
Minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE.
Must be a Licensed/Certified Legal Consultant.
Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry or related corporate field, particularly in a global company.
Must be locally available to have a strong understanding of UAE Law, including Fujairah emirate local laws.
Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
