A robust global group leading the manufacturing and trading of petrochemical products, based in Fujairah, UAE.

Job Description:

As a Legal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping the organization understand and comply with various federal, state, and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, handling legal disputes, and advising on intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help the organization understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
2. Review, negotiate, and draft various contracts, including exploration and production agreements, drilling contracts, joint operating agreements, and lease agreements.
3. Assist clients in complying with environmental regulations, including permits, waste disposal, and safety standards.
4. Work on international legal requests and provide general counsel.
5. Handle legal disputes, including lawsuits related to property rights, contract breaches, environmental issues, and other conflicts.
6. Advise on intellectual property matters related to innovations, patents, and trade secrets in the industry.

Qualifications:

- Age: 25 to 35 years old
- Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of UAE experience
- Licensed/Certified Legal Consultant
- Experience in Oil & Gas or related corporate fields, preferably in a global company
- Familiarity with UAE Law, including Fujairah emirate local Laws
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
