Job Summary

Bayt is seeking a highly effective Customer Development Representative with exceptional interpersonal skills. As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for providing after-sales services and training to customers through in-person, telephone, and online channels. The role demands excellent customer service delivery, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach. You should be customer-focused, empathetic, and committed to empowering customers to achieve their goals.

Job Description

1. Improve customer retention through dedicated programs and services.
2. Actively listen to customers, providing solutions that meet or exceed their needs.
3. Explain and demonstrate all digital products of Bayt both in person and online.
4. Expand Bayt product portfolio for each customer through active sales efforts to enhance the customer care experience and facilitate organic growth.
5. Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring follow-through to resolution.
6. Communicate regularly with customers about current offers, pricing, support concerns, or any changes.
7. Identify customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to upgrade their experience.
8. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
9. Ensure coverage of the assigned customer stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings.
10. Utilize the CRM system extensively.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 1+ years of proven working experience as a customer service representative in a tech company or call center is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, responsive to customer and business requests.
- Strong client-facing communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
- Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to succeed and learn for future growth and development.
- Customer-centric aptitude.
