Job Summary:

As a Social Media Management Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions. You will be a pivotal member of the marketing team, ensuring that our social media channels are well-curated, aligned with our brand image, and consistent across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an effective social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality, trending, and shareable content for various social media platforms. Recommend and implement innovative tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
- Video Creation: Record and edit reels/TikToks tailored for social media platforms. Ensure the content is catchy, visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for the respective platforms.
- Influencer Engagement: Reach out to and engage with influencers within the realm of HR, Lifestyle, and Professional Individuals across fields. Request tie-ups, sponsorships, and mentions through either paid or barter deals.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve targeted reach and conversion goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using relevant tools and provide regular reports, analyzing key metrics and KPIs.
- Comments Management: Maintain social media pages and respond to any comments in a timely manner, both in English and Arabic.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box when developing content and campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to create content and manage comments in English and Arabic.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
