Job Description

Job Title: HR Communication and Youth Intern

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative fresh graduate to join our Human Resources and Administration Department for a one-year internship under the Zain Youth Program. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal communications and digital media, working on projects that contribute to the effectiveness of our internal communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Communications Content:
- Develop and deliver compelling and informative internal communications content, including both written and visual materials.
- Design engaging digital artworks that effectively communicate the value and impact of internal projects and initiatives.

2. Social Media Management:
- Demonstrate proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage a monthly social media calendar, including crafting captions, hashtags, and slogans.
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns, and provide insights for improvement.

3. Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Support various HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Social Media, or a related field.

- Soft Skills:
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and original ideas for internal communications and digital content.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and quality in all communication materials.
- Adaptability: Willingness to embrace new design trends and techniques, and adapt to changing needs.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and metrics.
