Job Title: HR Generalist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth HR operation and supporting both employees and management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and hiring.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide support to resolve workplace issues.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, goal setting, and support for performance improvement initiatives.
- Training & Development: Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, maintaining up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- HR Records: Maintain and manage HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Certification (Preferred): SHRM-CP or PHR certification is advantageous.
