Job Description: Marketing Executive

Reporting Structure:
The position will report to the Marketing Manager. The marketing department currently consists of three members (Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant).

Responsibilities:

1. General Marketing:
- Execute general marketing tasks for construction and mining equipment in countries in the Middle East.

2. Market Research and Negotiation:
- Conduct market research and negotiate with distributors (DB).

3. Equipment Specification and Quotations:
- Select equipment specifications, prepare quotations, receive orders, and register orders.

4. Distributor Development:
- Focus on improving distributor (DB) skills and providing training.

5. Sales Promotion:
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities to increase sales and market share of the company's equipment.

Skills:

- Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to deal effectively with suppliers, consumers, and distributors.

- Advertising Expertise:
- Well-versed in various advertising methods to promote products effectively.

- Persuasion Skills:
- Possesses persuasive abilities to attract and retain clients.

- Marketing Tactics:
- Expertise in various marketing tactics to achieve business goals.
