Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team to drive growth by effectively managing inbound and outbound sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee cross-selling and up-selling initiatives, handle incoming calls, and address customer inquiries to maintain a seamless, customer-focused sales process. Your leadership will motivate your team to excel and contribute significantly to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing inside-sales team to achieve exceptional conversion rates and surpass sales targets.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback mechanisms and regular training sessions, focusing on refining sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide personalized coaching and training based on KPI data and performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights for targeted coaching sessions.

- Sales Strategy and Process Optimization:
- Analyze the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for conversion rate improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for increasing conversion rates across different stages of the sales funnel.
- Establish and maintain a robust system for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced reporting tools and CRM systems.
- Regularly analyze KPI data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and fine-tune sales strategies.

- Sales Management:
- Work closely with the inside-sales team to develop persuasive and tailored sales pitches that resonate with various customer segments.
- Customize sales approaches based on the characteristics and preferences of different customer segments.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Oversee the development and management of the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate comprehensive reports on conversion rates, KPIs, and sales team performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Gather customer feedback from sales interactions and collaborate with the product team to refine product offerings and services.

- Collaboration and Best Practices:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to closing the sale.
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to streamline and enhance the sales journey.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

- Team Development and Motivation:
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate the team and maintain high energy and morale.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and recognition to high performers.
- Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new telesales representatives to ensure team expansion aligns with company standards.

- Sales Technologies:
- Leverage sales technologies and CRM systems to track customer interactions and ensure a structured sales process.
- Ensure the team is fully trained and using CRM tools efficiently to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting.

- Financial and Resource Management:
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to forecast sales targets, manage the telesales budget, and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team with a track record of outstanding results.
- Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
