Job Opening: Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee all financial transactions within our company, from fixed payments to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills and a keen eye for numerical accuracy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting activities for our Limited Liability Company (LLC) independently.
- Finalize accounts up to the balance sheet level and maintain up-to-date data entry in the system.
- Coordinate and follow up with Chartered Accountants (CAs).
- Handle petty cash and other day-to-day financial transactions.
- Perform tasks such as Journal Entry, WPS, bank transfers, invoice and receipt preparation.
- Generate Account Statement Reports.
- Execute accounting operations, payments, and overall financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Analyze transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain the ledger.
- Record and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash balances and reconcile bank statements.
- Record daily, periodical, and monthly expenses.
- Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely settlement of payables.
- Provide management with financial reports for budgeting and performance evaluation.
- Maintain control and organization of financial documents.
- Submit and collect applications and process legal documents promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
