Position Summary:

The Senior Deal Analyst will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing business opportunities within the cryptocurrency market. This role involves conducting market research, performing due diligence, developing strategies to optimize deal flow, and preparing comprehensive documentation to support deal proposals and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Opportunity Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the cryptocurrency market.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize deal flow and maximize company value.

- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategy and identify trends and opportunities in the crypto space.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market and continuously improve strategies and processes.

- Deal Execution:
- Perform detailed due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and manage the data room for potential investors, ensuring all documents and information are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with lawyers, internal and external shareholders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth deal execution.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and potential partners.
- Prepare comprehensive investor reports to keep stakeholders informed of deal progress and company performance.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support deal proposals and management decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of data rooms and investor reports.

- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.

- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
