Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive - Performance Marketing

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Executive for Performance Marketing to manage and optimize paid social campaigns. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of campaigns from implementation to optimization, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality standards. The position requires expertise in various social media platforms, including META, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

Technical & Product:

- Campaign Management:
- Lead social media buying across multiple territories, focusing on achieving high levels of growth and meeting client KPIs.
- Ensure client KPIs, goals, and objectives are met by closely monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns regularly.
- Manage and supervise daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired returns.
- Implement a clear test-and-learn agenda to drive campaign improvements.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:

- Strategy & Reporting:
- Build budget recommendations and pitch decks.
- Provide regular analysis, recommendations, and feedback to client teams and/or clients.
- Present regular account reviews internally and to clients.
- Collaborate with client teams to recommend effective growth strategies and budgets.

- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with other teams and internal stakeholders to drive best practices.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to new team members, overseeing their day-to-day work.
- Oversee performance across several accounts, providing feedback to managed team members and team leads.
- Support the team with projects and requests, ensuring seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in paid social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and online marketing tools and best practices.

- Skills:
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and performance marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth.

- Education:
- Any graduate with a specialty in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
