Job Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous insight into supplier's progress in meeting purchase order requirements, especially delivery schedules.
- Gather data to explain requirements against which supplier progress can be measured.
- Monitor and report progress to project management.
- Develop alternative and timely schemes to keep progress on schedule for project requirements.
- Perform assigned tasks and provide supervision and guidance to assigned personnel.
- Work under supervision and self-initiated technical guidance.
- Work is not generally supervised in detail, with the amount of supervision varying depending on the assignment.
- Broad duties are assigned monthly, with occasional reviews for accuracy.
- Technical guidance is available for reviewing work programs and advising on unusual features of the assignment.

Experience and Skills:
- Past experience, especially in the energy, chemicals, and manufacturing sector, is advantageous.
- Experience in the supply chain function, specifically in expediting bulk and package items.
- Knowledge of developing expediting strategy, stage-wise progress monitoring, rush or urgent procurement.
- Ability to comprehend and work in systems and applications, such as SAP, in the German language.

Language Skills:
- German: Ability to read, write, listen, and speak. Proficiency equivalent to C1 in a six-point scale (CEFR).
- English: Proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to global working environments.
- Ability to align and support under pressure situations.

Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience.
