Job Overview:
Cairo English School, a leading British International School in Cairo, Egypt, is inviting applications for the position of Head of Secondary School. The school, with over 2100 students, is committed to providing exceptional education, fostering a diverse and inclusive community, and preparing students for academic and personal success.

Responsibilities:
1. Play a key role within the Senior Management Group to develop a collegiate whole school vision.
2. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Secondary School.
3. Manage a team of Deputy Heads responsible for Curriculum, Sixth Form, Pastoral Support, and Pupil Progress.
4. Strategically develop curriculum opportunities for growth and implementation, aligning with international standards.
5. Ensure professional development opportunities for staff, including subject knowledge and pedagogical updates.
6. Collaborate with parents and the wider school community, promoting open communication and engagement.
7. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity among staff and students.
8. Recruit, develop, and evaluate teaching staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development.

Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience in a secondary school setting, demonstrating impact and improvement.
- Experience leading a British curriculum (IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB preferred).
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators, fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
