Mission:
The mission at Valeo involves designing and developing systems according to Valeo and A-SPICE system engineering methodology standards. This includes performing functional analysis, eliciting requirements, supporting project team members for system implementation, and ensuring the delivery of system deliverables on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform system functional analysis and requirement elicitation with the customer and stakeholders.
2. Make system architecture choices based on customer needs.
3. Define system and system elements requirement specifications and verification methods.
4. Review system specifications with implementation and test functions.
5. Establish, update, and maintain system risks and issues lists.
6. Provide traceability to customer requirements.
7. Deliver system-related outputs on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc. in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Diploma or Master's is a plus).
- Technical Qualifications: Good knowledge in Thermodynamics, AC Loop, Electric heaters, Motor Control, Control Law, System Engineering, Software Engineering, scripting skills, power electronics, Automatic Control, Motor Drives & Electric Motors. Automotive SPICE is a plus.
- Personal Qualifications: Excellent command of English (German language is a plus), ability to learn new technologies, willingness to travel, international mindset, customer-focused, result-oriented, and goal commitment.

Pre-Requisites for Standard/Senior:
- 1+ years of automotive SW/SYS experience.
- Minimum 1+ years of SYS Development or Validation experience.
- ASPICE awareness is a must.
