Principal Responsibilities:
Impact on the Business:
- Answer or make phone calls from HSBC customers in a polite and friendly manner, resolving customer issues at first contact where possible.
- Deliver on promises in line with customer expectations.
- Offer value-added products and services based on customer needs analysis.

Customers / Stakeholders:
- Provide excellent customer service through basic inbound customer calls.
- Generate customer loyalty through a strong understanding of key products and services.
- Own and resolve issues, understanding when and how to escalate.

Leadership & Teamwork:
- Act as a role model for HSBC Group Values and Behaviours (Open, Connected, Dependable), supporting colleagues and customers.
- Value diversity among the team.

Operational Effectiveness & Control:
- Maintain knowledge of Group compliance, Operational Risk, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Requirements) for RBWM Centres.
- Adhere to HSBC internal control standards.
- Be aware of all elements of Operational Risk associated with the role in compliance with SOX for contact centres.

Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline.
- Cairo resident.
- Proficient in languages required by the process.
- Open to working flexible shifting schedules.
- Customer-centric with the ability to thrive in a team environment, seeking feedback and open to development.
- Takes pride in delivering in line with customer and service expectations.
- Proficient with personal computers and basic software packages.
- Excellent communication skills, polite, and friendly.
- Displays patience and empathy.
