Job Description
Job Title: Admin Executive cum Sales Support
We are an award-winning overseas recruitment agency providing job placements in the Middle East. We are seeking a skilled Admin Executive cum Sales Support professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves a blend of administrative duties and sales support functions to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Draft professional business emails and prepare quotations, contracts, job inquiries, and job orders based on client requirements.
- Maintain job enquiry records and upload them onto the module.
- Prepare summary reports, weekly reports, and maintain invoices and acknowledgment reports.
- Coordinate emails with clients, employees, and sourcing teams.
- Manage documentation related to business/visit visa applications and coordinate with CRE and embassies for visa processing.
- Handle documentation for Indian Embassy, VFS, and other sourcing country embassies.
- Upload emigrate applications on the Emigrate System for clients with ECR passports.
- Manage E-Wakala authorizations as required.
- Coordinate logistics for transportation of deployed candidates and arrange transportation for management and employees.
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including recruitment, selection, training, and monitoring work.
- Compile various reports including visa reports, monthly reports, daily master sheets, project reports, and strategic plans.
- Handle reporting supervisor responsibilities during their absence.
- Sales Support:
- Assist and support sales staff in their daily operations.
- Arrange Skype interviews for candidates with the sourcing team and clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close incomplete tasks.
- Arrange quotations from mega recruitment companies as needed.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Age Limit: 24 to 32 years (Male candidates only).
