Role Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you will serve as the face of our hotel, ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell for every guest. This highly visible position requires a dedication to upholding the reputation and standards of Four Seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Personally greet arriving and departing guests with genuine hospitality and recognition.
- Serve as a point of contact for in-house guests and local customers, providing assistance and accurate information.
- Maintain a high visibility in the lobby and front desk area, proactively assisting guests.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction and protecting the hotel's reputation.
- Keep management informed of guest and staff-related incidents and represent senior management in their absence.
- Screen next day movements for special instructions and communicate pending follow-up actions to the next shift.
- Assist with duties in the absence of or during heavy volume in any Rooms Division area.
- Collaborate with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries, and special requests.
- Adhere to Four Seasons Hotel's standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in hotel and restaurant management preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
