- Reservation Management:
Efficiently manage reservation systems to ensure optimal table turnover and minimize wait times for guests.

- Guest Anticipation:
Anticipate guest needs by observing body language and cues, providing personalized service to enhance their experience.

- Coordination with Staff:
Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to promptly accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions accurately.

- Guest Relations:
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, aiming for resolutions that exceed their expectations.

- Front-of-House Maintenance:
