Job Description: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

- Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects.
- Evaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing project costs and ensuring they align with the budget.
- Monitoring and controlling project expenditures.
- Performing risk assessments on construction projects.
- Preparing and analyzing cost reports.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
- BSc. in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- UPDA certified with Grade A.
- Must have consultancy experience.
- Previous experience working with PWA (Public Works Authority) preferred.
- Residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
