Job Description

Job Title: Female Accountant

Position Overview:

As a Female Accountant at TVT, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Recording and Reporting:

- Record and classify financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.

- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer invoices.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and receipts.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Support the budgeting process by providing accurate financial data and analysis.

- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.

- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis.

4. Financial Analysis and Decision Support:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

- Assist in the evaluation of business initiatives and investment opportunities.

5. Compliance and Audit Support:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

- Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and supporting information.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit readiness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
