Job Title: Assistant Professor of Digital Marketing
Client Description: Ajman University College of Business Administration (CBA)
Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Professor of Digital Marketing, you will play a vital role in teaching and conducting research in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Analytics. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and assess graduate and undergraduate courses in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and other related areas.
- Utilize innovative and technology-based teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Provide academic advising services to students.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish research outcomes in reputable journals and conferences.
- Participate in departmental, college, and university-level committees and service tasks as assigned.
- Actively promote the growth and visibility of Ajman University.
- Provide consultancy and industry-facing services to university partners and the business community.
- Play an active role in the administration and promotion of the Department of Marketing.
- Attend and contribute to departmental and university meetings.
- Assist with student recruitment efforts and contribute to strategic planning processes.
- Engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D/DBA in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a closely related field from a reputable university, preferably accredited by AACSB.
- Significant industry experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent teaching record with at least two or more years of teaching experience at graduate and undergraduate levels in an internationally reputable university.
- Demonstrable record of excellence in teaching Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and related courses.
- Outstanding record of research and peer-reviewed publications in top-tier business/management journals.
- Experience supervising student projects and dissertations preferred.
- Excellent record of professional and community service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
