BUSINESS DATA LEAD - Remote Job in Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a detailed Business Data migration plan in collaboration with the Project Manager, Technical teams, and Data Team.
2. Ensure that the plans deliver data of sufficient quality, correct structure, and relevant enrichment to support the migration of Brands or Functions from Legacy to New World.
3. Support and brief the Business Data SME and Data Cleansers in understanding the Data requirements for Migration and functional use of the Data for effective data cleansing and enrichment.
4. Manage the Business Data SMEs and Data Cleansers to deliver against the plan.
5. Lead the Business Data element of the Technical Cutover and Data Migration Plans through collaboration with Technical Cutover leads and the wider Data Team.
6. Communicate and manage against the Business Data Sprint Plan, updating, managing, and communicating any changes to all key stakeholders, action owners, and SPOCs.
7. Validate the Data quality through checkpoints and Sprint reviews.
8. Collaborate with Legacy IT teams to identify issues and propose actions to improve Data quality at the source.
9. Provide updates to the Data BPO/Data Gov Board regarding status and recommendations for actions to meet key milestones and quality requirements.
10. Run the Data Stand up with the Business and coordinate delivery of Data activities.
11. Identify risks and issues, propose mitigating actions, and escalate as needed.
12. Identify Business facing Lessons Learned from each Sprint and Data Migration to be rolled into actionable change.
13. Develop a deep understanding of the Functional Design and the data requirements.
14. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Data Requirements to guide and support Business teams in the Data Cleansing and Enrichment process from start-up to migration and to close residual issues in the hypercare period.

Qualifications:

Knowledge:
- Commercial understanding of business IT systems, interdependencies, Master Data Management, and Transactional data.
- Knowledge of Oracle MOM suite and/or BY Supply Chain/SCPO/RPO suites is advantageous.

Experience:
- Ideally coming from the Business/commercial teams with relevant experience to support the Portfolio or a Data Management background in IT in similar solutions landscape.
- Experience executing tasks against critical paths and deadlines, managing priorities, and deadlines.
- Experience operating at a supervisory level, directing or leading teams in task and activity.
- Experience working and/or leading in cross-functional teams.
