Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager with a background in the recruitment firm, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Client Onboarding for Manpower Outsourcing:
- Lead the process of onboarding new clients for manpower outsourcing services.
- Understand client requirements, assess needs, and customize outsourcing plans.
- Establish a solid foundation for successful and long-lasting partnerships.

2. Create and Enforce Manpower Outsourcing Plans:
- Develop detailed manpower outsourcing plans in alignment with client staffing needs.
- Ensure the execution and enforcement of outsourcing plans to meet client expectations.

3. Build Long-Term Relationships:
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Understand evolving client needs and consistently deliver value to strengthen partnerships.

4. Address and Resolve Client Issues:
- Promptly address and resolve client concerns to maintain a positive client experience.
- Be responsive, find effective solutions, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

5. Maintain a Positive Company Image:
- Uphold a positive company image by delivering quality services and demonstrating professionalism.
- Emphasize integrity and ethical practices in all interactions.

6. Encourage High Sales and Customer Service Practices:
- Actively seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services that benefit the client.
- Promote high levels of customer service, treating clients with respect, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of manpower outsourcing processes and client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
