Position: Call Center Executive / Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Call Center Executives / Telesales Executives to join our team at our Satwa, Dubai location. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and previous experience working in a call center environment. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote products or services, handle inquiries, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via outbound calls to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information and resolving inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain professionalism and rapport with customers during all interactions.
- Update customer information and ensure accurate records are maintained in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to compliance guidelines during calls.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.
- Continuously improve sales and service techniques through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Proven experience in a call center environment or telesales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
