Job Title: Relationship Officer / Sales Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and generate revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns or issues promptly.

2. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop effective strategies to reach them.

3. Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.

4. Sales Presentations:
- Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in Banking Sales is preferred; experience in business development or customer service is also valued.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Additional Preferences:
- UAE banking experience is preferred.
- Open to candidates with home country banking sales experience, including those on a visit visa.
