Job Responsibilities:

As a Corporate IT Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in delivering local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests. Your role involves taking appropriate actions in response to system alerts, performing scheduled tasks, routine maintenance, managing user accounts, and overseeing data backups. Additionally, you will actively participate in shift rotations to ensure continuous and reliable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver local and remote IT support, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
- Respond to system alerts and take appropriate actions to maintain system integrity.
- Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage user accounts, including access control and permissions.
- Oversee data backups to safeguard critical information.
- Participate in shift rotations to provide continuous IT support.
