Job Description: Customer Service Executive


Responsibilities:

- Receive and respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery status, and related matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal Sales teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and ensure on-time delivery.
- Track and monitor shipments, taking proactive measures to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Provide proactive updates to customers on any delays or changes in delivery schedules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide constructive feedback to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering personalized and attentive service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Skills:

Preferred Candidate:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, specifically in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
