Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to corporates courteously and professionally to schedule appointments with C-Level staff for meetings.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback on services provided.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, comments, and inquiries.
- Compile monthly MIS reports on customer feedback and recommend action plans.
- Follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer requests and complaints.
- Escalate unresolved customer requests and forward grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
- Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails, and coordinate appointments.
- Obtain feedback and ensure Quality Assurance on identified or unidentified issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with Multi-National Companies preferred.
- Customer service experience within the UAE desired.

Competency Requirement:
- Excellent telephone manners and active listening skills.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel.
