Digital Marketing Manager Media

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Media, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, capable of leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Collaborating with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors, you will ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain a robust social media presence.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against predefined goals such as ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights garnered.
- Brainstorm innovative growth strategies to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Implement and optimize conversion points and user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to achieve campaign objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with a track record of identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Proficiency in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
