Position Title: Security Guard

Job Summary / Purpose:
The Security Guard ensures the safety and security of the public, protecting premises, assets, and personnel. They maintain a visible presence to deter illegal activities and respond promptly to any disturbances.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Protect company property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Observe signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
- Act lawfully in defense of life or property, apprehending offenders and evicting violators.
- Take detailed notes of unusual occurrences and report any suspicious incidents.
- Patrol building and perimeter randomly or regularly.
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates, operate detecting/emergency equipment.
- Perform first aid or CPR when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Higher secondary education.
- Certified Security Guard awarded by SIRA in the UAE.
- Military or Police Background desirable.
- Height requirement: at least 5 feet 7 inches tall for males, medium built, mentally, and physically fit.
- Valid first aid certificate awarded by a certified training institute in the UAE.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Arabic and other languages is desirable.

Certification:
- SIRA.
- First Aid and Firefighting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in lifesaving methods, including first aid and standard resuscitation measures.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Ability to act quickly and calmly in emergencies.
- Skilled in the application of lifesaving techniques.

Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years' experience as a Security Guard.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
