Job Title: Security Guard (Male)

Job Summary/Purpose:
The Security Guard ensures the security and safety of the public, protecting premises, assets, and personnel. They maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Protect company property and staff, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Observe signs of crime or disorder, investigating disturbances.
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property, apprehending offenders and evicting violators.
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report suspicious incidents in detail.
- Patrol buildings and perimeters randomly or regularly.
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates, operating alarm systems, video cameras, and emergency equipment.
- Perform first aid or CPR when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Higher secondary education.
- Must be a certified Security Guard awarded by SIRA in the UAE.
- Military or Police background desirable.
- Must be at least 5 feet 7 inches tall for males, medium built, mentally, and physically fit.
- Must have a valid first aid certificate awarded by a certified training institute in the UAE.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written), with knowledge of Arabic and other languages desirable.

Certifications:
- SIRA
- First Aid and Firefighting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of lifesaving methods and procedures, including first aid and standard resuscitation measures.
- Excellent understanding of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Skilled in the application of lifesaving techniques.
- Ability to act quickly and calmly in emergencies, perform rescue actions, administer first aid, and CPR.

Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Security Guard.
