Job Description: Customer Support Representative


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media, email, WhatsApp chat, and phone from both internal and external business and residential customers.
- Address a diverse range of customer inquiries, providing comprehensive solutions with a focus on achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate customer issues, offering logical and lasting solutions while ensuring adherence to company procedures and processes.
- Educate customers on relevant procedures to enhance their interaction and overall experience.
- Timely follow-up on escalated issues to ensure resolution within specified timelines.
- Proactively engage in customer loyalty-building activities, particularly through social media interactions.
- Enhance the customer experience by providing sales information and assistance, employing up/cross-selling techniques to generate interest in the company's services or products.

Skills:

Preference:
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Immediate availability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar customer support role.
