Inside Sales Representative

Overview:

Join our rapidly expanding team at Guidanz as an Inside Sales Representative for our innovative SaaS product, BI Connector. We're seeking a highly skilled individual with a proven track record in inside sales for Analytics or SaaS products, focusing on the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets. Responsibilities:

- Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. Develop strategic sales plans, handle objections, and drive opportunities toward successful outcomes.

- Prospecting: Utilize proactive outreach strategies like cold calling and email campaigns to identify potential enterprise-level leads.

- Qualification and Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives and pain points. Conduct needs assessments to align our solutions with their requirements.

- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target companies. Understand their organizational structure and decision-making dynamics.

- Solution Presentation: Articulate our product's unique value proposition to prospects. Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations addressing specific needs.

- Sales Analytics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and revenue.

- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to ongoing improvement within the sales team.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance targeting and messaging strategies. Ensure seamless handoff of leads and maintain consistent communication.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of ISR experience within B2B Analytics/SaaS companies, exceeding $1 million quotas.
- Experience selling to Saudi Arabian and UAE Enterprise Customers.
- Exceptional closing skills and proficiency in navigating complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the team's success.

Bonus Points:

- Deep understanding of Oracle Analytics Solutions, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Experience with sales automation tools and HubSpot.
- Relevant certifications in sales or technology.
- Business, Marketing, or Software Engineering degrees.
