Job Summary:
As a Light Duty Driver, you will operate light vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials within designated areas. Your primary responsibility is to provide safe and efficient transportation while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Operation:
- Safely operate light vehicles such as cars, vans, or small trucks to transport passengers, goods, or materials to specified locations.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving and maintain a clean driving record.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.

2. Passenger or Cargo Transport:
- Transport passengers to and from designated locations, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey.
- Load and unload goods or materials onto the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securement during transportation.

3. Route Planning:
- Plan and optimize driving routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Utilize navigation devices or maps to navigate unfamiliar routes and avoid traffic congestion.

4. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients, assisting with luggage or packages as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with passengers or clients.

5. Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes, and report any mechanical issues.
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained, both internally and externally.

6. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Complete logbooks or trip sheets as required by company policies or regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements for operating light vehicles.
- Driving Experience: Proven experience as a light duty driver, with a clean driving record.
- Safety Awareness: Strong awareness of safety procedures and regulations related to driving and transportation.
- Experience: 2-4 Years
