We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales department to implement innovative marketing campaigns for brand awareness and product launches. This role involves conducting market research, managing social media channels, and developing creative strategies to enhance the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of company products, standards, and differentiators to create effective communication strategies and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the sales team by contributing to various marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, direct marketing, and event planning.
- Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns, leveraging new ideas for branding, promotional materials, and advertising content.
- Identify and utilize effective promotional channels, including media platforms, to communicate product messages to target audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through prospecting and networking.
- Create and manage marketing content for the company website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall marketing and sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analysis.
- Commercial awareness coupled with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with HTML and Adobe Acrobat is preferable.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the UAE.
