Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition and Management
- Actively research and identify potential clients, focusing on C-level contacts.
- Implement upsell strategies with existing customers to foster long-term relationships.

- Negotiation and Pitching
- Skillfully negotiate with clients to close deals, balancing client satisfaction with company profitability.
- Deliver compelling pitches to showcase our products/services and drive sales.

- Market and Competitive Analysis
- Analyze market trends and the competitive environment to refine and enhance sales strategies.

- Project Coordination and Resource Management
- Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Predict and manage resources effectively to meet objectives and prepare budgets based on project scope.

- Troubleshooting and Deliverables
- Handle out-of-scope requests and unexpected situations with professionalism.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Collaboration and Evaluation
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams as needed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.

- Market Understanding
- Navigate both local and expatriate market dynamics in Dubai.

Hard Skills

- Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or account management.
- Language: Fluency in English (Advanced).
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal aspects.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics to inform strategies and decision-making.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and generating reports.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets, analyzing spending, and monitoring cash flow.
- Document Management: Experience managing document flow (agreements, contracts, NDAs, etc.).

Soft Skills

- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation: Strong skills in negotiating deals and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
