Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager - Industrial Automation IT

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Qatar and Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving business growth across our diverse portfolio of industrial automation solutions, data communications, IP surveillance, telephony, and computing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets, focusing on market expansion, customer acquisition, and retention in Qatar and Oman.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team in each region, identifying skill sets and planning development initiatives in cooperation with the HR team.
- Prepare market segmentation and positioning strategies, identifying new areas for expansion.
- Create action plans to recover dormant accounts and maintain an accurate sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Measure win rates quarterly and discuss strategies for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Technical) to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotions to generate leads and increase sales.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products through compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client challenges.
- Monitor key sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the COO on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and key account management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to the company's Quality Policy and relevant procedures.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, addressing complaints and enhancing product/service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Proven understanding of the Oman and Qatar markets within the industrial networking and data communication sectors.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strategic Planning: Track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on driving revenue growth and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Customer-Focused: Commitment to understanding customer needs and building long-term relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT, networking, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
