Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager - Off-Plan Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting & Market Analysis: Identify and prospect potential clients by analyzing market trends. Engage in intermediate negotiation processes to ensure fair and honest deals.

- Sales Planning & Execution: Plan monthly sales targets and execute them within the specified time frame. Manage sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined targets.

- Business Development: Develop new business opportunities across various geographies by conducting research and prospecting to generate leads and achieve sales goals.

- Project Presentation: Present Sobha Hartland projects to potential clients, effectively handling client objections, concerns, and queries to ensure client satisfaction.

- Network Building: Build and maintain a strong network of real estate brokers both regionally and internationally. Develop and manage an extensive database of Brokers, Channel Partners, and Individual Clients.

- Salesforce Management: Update customer data and sales records accurately and diligently on Salesforce, ensuring all information is current and complete.

- Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with allied teams to complete necessary paperwork and ensure clients make initial payments within the agreed time frame. Adhere to and ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.

- Market Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity, build trust, and enhance client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm. Candidates with property sales experience in off-plan projects and a proven ability to support multiple launches in the market are preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian, Chinese, French, or German is an advantage.

- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

- Driving License: A valid driving license is a must.
