We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for a prestigious Real Estate Investment company in the UAE. As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to lead and manage a dynamic sales team, driving them to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. This is a key leadership role in guiding the sales department to operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Set clear sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
Implement strategies to maximize sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company's growth goals.
Identify market opportunities and stay informed about industry trends within the Real Estate sector.
Adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and opportunities.
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
Address customer concerns and ensure exceptional service is provided.
Oversee prompt follow-up on leads and inquiries.
Generate sales reports, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Ensure clear and open communication within the sales team and with other departments.
Manage the sales department's budget effectively, including expenses, incentives, and resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and sales management within the Real Estate industry.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or Russian is preferred).
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends.
