Key Responsibilities:

Operational:
- Deliver and offload kitchen furniture to customer locations in a timely manner.
- Follow safety procedures during loading, unloading, and assembly.
- Manage inventory and report discrepancies.
- Install cabinets, countertops, and fixtures accurately and securely.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of kitchen assembly and installation.
- Communicate/report to HD after-sale team for any stocks or design errors.
- Update knowledge of current range and assembly instructions.
- Maintain a toolbox for assembly, ensuring all tools are available and in good working condition.

Customers:
- Maintain personal hygiene and tidiness when visiting customers for delivery and assembly.
- Interact with customers with cultural sensitivity.
- Build customer satisfaction by handling queries, providing usage information, and cleaning up after assembly.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations.

People Management & Development:
- Train and develop new co-workers in assembling kitchen skills.

Discipline:
- Enforce discipline and report incidents of indiscipline observed appropriately.
- Ensure officers are physically and mentally fit for duty.
- Conduct regular checks on all field officers to assure they are alert and efficient.

Investigations & Surveillance:
- Conduct investigations into cases involving criminal acts, losses, accidents, or staff misconduct.
- Protect and preserve the integrity of the department by keeping tabs on officers under charge and gathering intelligence.
- Maintain peace and order within the hotel premises.

Equipment & Reporting:
- Inspect and maintain equipment, including fire exit doors, fire-fighting equipment, walkie-talkies, and CCTV equipment.
- Conduct regular checks on security-related items and maintain proper records.
- Reflect all department activities in the Daily Security Report.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary school education with professional security qualifications preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, desirable in a 5-star hotel.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
