Issue Clarification: Collect accurate details of customer complaints to facilitate quick resolutions at the workshop.
Empathy and Customer Requests: Show empathy and clarify customer requests to better understand their needs.
Workshop Coordination: Check the workshop's status and provide customers with accurate promise times for service delivery.
Invoice and Work Compliance: Verify the invoice's accuracy and ensure that the work performed aligns with the customer's requirements.
Customer Communication: Inform customers about work completion and agree on the pickup time.
Explanation and Guidance: Clearly explain the job done and the invoice to customers, providing guidance to the cashier.
Value-Added Services: Promote value-added services to customers.
Customer Concern Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
