- Proficiency in using help desk software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Intercom.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with common software troubleshooting practices.

Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate customer support via email, phone, or live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services.
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring software to meet their needs.

- Document customer interactions and solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the technical team to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
