Job Description

Job Title: ERP Sales Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Generate strategic solution leads and manage the complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines.
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
- Develop knowledge in the solution market.
- Collect feedback from clients to identify desired amendments and new features.
- Build the vision for how the solution should ideally look.
- Suggest, design, and implement priority changes to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction with the managed solution.
- Identify solution selling points and plan and carry out their communication to potential clients.
- Create a target list of potential partners and maintain and further develop signed partnerships.
- Analyze and evaluate the target list to identify the most qualified partners.
- Lead negotiations with interested and qualified companies and sign partnership contracts.
- Use client and prospect client contact activities tools and systems, updating relevant information held in these systems.
- Follow set quality and sales procedures.
- Report personally in a defined format to the ERP Sales Manager at defined intervals.
- Follow up on cash collection related to signed deals.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

- Ability to manage large accounts.
- Advanced selling skills.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Research and analysis skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate within and outside the sales department.
- Ability to work outside the office and flexible hours.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
- Own a car and have a valid driving license (Must).
- Experience in selling ERP software.
- Knowledge in the ERP solutions market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
