Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a HORECA Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes). Responsibilities:
As a HORECA Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the HORECA sector.
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers (hotels, restaurants, and cafes) in the assigned territory and establishing long-lasting partnerships to generate consistent sales.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
- Conducting regular sales visits and meetings with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, offer solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Presenting and promoting our products and services to key decision-makers, highlighting their unique selling points and advantages over competitors.
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities, address challenges, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to customers.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the HORECA sector, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven with a high level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
