As a Retail Manager, you will play a key role in boosting revenues, developing the business, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage both online and offline sales stores to ensure effective operations.
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide staff to achieve maximum performance.
- Track sales and revenue by analyzing operating and financial statements, making accurate forecasts.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.
- Study advertising, sales promotions, and display plans to market merchandise effectively.
- Formulate pricing policies, review merchandising activities, and determine additional sales promotions.
- Source new products and services to diversify offerings and improve profitability.
- Monitor stock levels, purchases, and budget compliance.
- Address customer complaints promptly to maintain the store's reputation.
- Inspect store areas and resolve any arising issues.
- Keep abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for store improvements.
- Maintain operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Provide or organize training and development for staff.
- Regularly tour the sales floor, engage with colleagues and customers, and address urgent issues.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in another managerial position.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices for both online and offline operations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
- Commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g., MS RMS).
