Job Title: Financial Analyst

Role Summary: An industrial company is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-based information on the company’s profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Qualification Summary: The ideal candidate should be able to research and analyze financial information to help the company make well-informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial movements.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial forecasts and analysis reports to support target achievement.
- Develop prospective financial statements reflecting expected positions, operations, and cash flows under different conditions, based on assumptions and information from various company departments, including critical business factors and external research.
- Create financial models and feasibility reports for assessing new projects.
- Utilize financial models for analysis, report preparation, and management decision-making on acquisitions, organic growth, capital allocation, and business valuation.
- Conduct periodic performance analysis for the Group, Joint Ventures/Associates, and submit reports with key quantitative and statistical analysis to the Board regularly.
- Analyze Monthly Management financials for the Group, Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures & Associates, highlighting material variances from budget, unusual items, deviations from Board directions, and adherence to bank covenants.
- Support the Board of Directors in business dealings, market surveys, and the review of new business agreements.
- Provide analysis reports on internal and external information for executive-level decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and documents as required by the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
- Procure and prepare analytical reports on financial information for peer companies and the industry regularly.
- Prepare final accounts and assist in external audit reviews.
- Responsible for the final accounts of related operations and the primary point of contact during annual audits.
- Stay updated on new technologies and possess expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Deliver innovative business solutions based on professional knowledge.

Skills Required: Financial modeling, Excel, Data analysis
