Role Summary: Alzayani Investments is looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects within the organization. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.

Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Qualification Summary: Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or a similar role in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the project planning phase.

2. Project Execution:

- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage project scope changes.
- Assist in coordinating resources, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and cooperation among project stakeholders.

3. Budget and Resource Management:

- Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts, monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of project resources.
- Track and manage project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present findings to project stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure project success.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify and assess risks associated with IT projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Escalate critical risks or issues to project stakeholders and propose appropriate solutions.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development processes.
