Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Maintenance Manager

Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for the management of maintenance of Directors Villas. Assigned with 5 Villas for the first 6 months. After reviewing performance at the end of 6 months, may be assigned other residential and commercial properties, apartment buildings, and office complexes.

Role Summary:

Skilled professional with experience in managing maintenance tasks, overseeing the upkeep of buildings and facilities, and leading maintenance teams.

Qualifications/Education:

Degree in Engineering or related field. The candidate should have good knowledge of maintenance planning and administration, building maintenance, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. They should also be able to interact effectively with all levels of management, employees, and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plans, schedules, and coordinates general maintenance and major repairs of Directors' Villas.

- Routine inspections of assigned properties to ensure safety and determine if repairs or maintenance are required.

- Purchase building and maintenance supplies, equipment, and furniture as per instructions and requirements.

- Maintains records of all assigned property documents.

- Supervise assigned maintenance staff.

- Prepare maintenance invoices.

- Attend all emergency calls from Chairman, Managing Directors, and Directors' villas 24/7.

- Attend project meetings as per Directors' and Chairman’s instructions.

- Carry out other related jobs as assigned by management from time to time.

- Oversee and manage all maintenance activities.

- Ensure the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.

- Lead a team of workers.

Skills Required:

Facility Management, Preventive Maintenance, Team Leadership, Maintenance Planning and Administration, Building Maintenance, Communication and Presentation Skills, Interaction Abilities.

Nice to Have:

Certifications in Facility Management or Maintenance Planning.
